Bellhop allows you to access all sorts of features around the hotel and mold your stay to your relaxation style. You can check-in on your phone, order room service, or check out the facilities the hotel offers on an interactive map!

I had the task of doing all of the user research needed. This included interviewing users to make sure this was a purposeful and needed app, having the users test out the usability of the app, and making sure everything was visibly appealing to the eye without it affecting the functions.
