handle \ Design For Good
Handle is a brand that seeks to spread awareness and encourage those with Social Anxiety Disorder (S.A.D.) to understand and get a handle on their anxiety featuring a mobile app. There is no rush to recovery and users can set their own pace. Its fully anonymous mobile platform aims to reduce the fear of being individually outed and encourage more interaction with a community of people with the same problems.
My Design Process
To find Handle's purpose, I did a lot of research on what Social Anxiety Disorder is and how it affects those with it. I had to figure out what need it would fulfill and how it would do so. The identity also had to be something that appealed to those with S.A.D. Something that is not in your face, but bold enough to grab your attention.
